Habitat for Humanity of Montrose County is an ecumenical, Christian housing ministry. We provide a self-help program for families in need of affordable housing.
On July 3, 1991 Habitat of Montrose County became an official affiliate. In 1992 we dedicated our first home in Montrose. 2014 opens with the dedication of our 42nd home in Montrose County. The Habitat ReStore has been in operation since 2005, providing substainable funding to support Habitat for Humanity's mission in Montrose.
Their are several ways to volunteer for Habitat, by working in the ReStore, on the construction site or being on a committee.
